Principal

Steven Deal is a systems engineer with an aggregate 14 year’s experience – eight years in satellites and simulation, and six years in human systems. Mr. Deal has served as principal investigator for numerous internal research and development efforts, led four successful small business innovative research projects for the Air Force, Navy and DARPA. As a consultant in the area of human systems, he has been a key contributor to the Air Force and Marine Corps efforts. Mr. Deal was educated at Massachusetts Institute of Technology (SB, 1991) and at the University of Illinois at Urbana (MS, 1996).
